"TL;DR - HIRE ZACH!!
Our new home's water and plumbing systems were questionable, at best. We had real safety and efficiency concerns about water flow, old plumbing/connections, leaking and potential freezing.
Enter Zach! ...confident, experienced (and EXTRA personable) licensed professional. He explained everything as he assessed the current plumbing and its condition. He made honest recommendations. At some point I felt like I wasn't even hiring a guy to do plumbing work, instead more like having a friend come over to take a look. Seriously, that cool!
The water plumbing system assessment was a big one! The plumbing lines that were also plumbed through the attic were a mix of old plumbing and inadequate pvc missmatched piping that would most certainly crack and leak at some point in the near future. More than concern, I felt relief in Zach pointing out the points of most-certain failure! I've always wanted a pool, but not in my living room!
Zach wrote out a plan to re-plumb the entire home within a weeks time. His price was reasonable, especially compared to the thought of what I'd have to to repair a major leak in our home. I was excited to work with him and his team.
When the day came for the repair, he arrived on time and worked tiredlessly for 2 days to complete the work. At the end I was left with very little drywall repair and a fit and finished masterpiece of proper professional plumbing work. If not for aesthetics, I would have gladly left the drywall areas open to showcase his nice plumbing work.
The piece of mind Zach provides is priceless! I cannot recommend him enough to you. He's doing the Lords work through his trade.
